We have books which are listed as CHECKED OUT and OVERDUE from the school year 2022-2023. As the school year heads towards the last weeks, we invite you to please check your student and parent email accounts.
Please note that there are 2 separate LIBRARY NOTICES being sent out: 1) Books Checked Out and 2)EQUIPMENT CHECKED OUT
DAILY LIBRARY NOTICES which list the BOOK(S) still checked out under your account are generated everyday and sent out everyday to the parent and student email accounts. If you have any books, please return them to the VVE campus.
1. BOOKS CHECKED OUT (Delivered daily) LIBRARY NOTICES sent out EVERYDAY directly to student and parent email accounts are for CHECKED OUT / OVERDUE BOOKS. These DAILY EMAIL NOTICES list the BOOKS which are still checked out from school year or earlier SCHOOL YEARS. The DAILY EMAIL NOTICES DO NOT LIST the equipment like computers, ChromeBooks, or hotspots.
2. EQUIPMENT CHECKED OUT (Delivered weekly) LIBRARY NOTICES sent out WEEKLY to the student and parent email accounts LIST all the EQUIPMENT like Chromebooks, computers, and / or hotsposts. The LIBRARY NOTICES FOR EQUIPMENT which are delivered weekly will continue until the end of April.
In May, there will only be one LIBRARY NOTICE which will be delivered DAILY and it will list ALL ITEMS CHECKED OUT, books and equipment. If you have any questions, please call the school at 956.605.6446. Thank you.
